Question 1: Can you please introduce yourself in 2-3 sentences?

I am Stefan, 60 years old, married and have a daughter. As an electrical engineer, I have been working for Horstmann as Head of Development since the end of 2021.

Question 2: What are your typical tasks?

My daily tasks include allocating employees to projects, ensuring the development of high-quality products, process development as well as creating a pleasant working environment and motivating the team.

Question 4: What has been your personal highlight at Horstmann so far?

The digitalisation of project management has significantly improved the transparency of projects. Team members can use the tools to track the status of their projects and keep an eye on important deadlines. This was an important step towards more efficient collaboration.

Question 5: What do you like best about Horstmann?

The good working atmosphere and constructive collaboration with colleagues. It's always about using positive energy to steer things in a better direction. »Passion for perfection« is key.
