Pilot project for digital monitoring of a substation:

To ensure a secure power supply, #energy utilities must recognise potential grid overloads, impending blackouts and other problems at an early stage and prevent them. To do this, they need continuous information about the current load and status of the #grid.

In a pilot project, Horstmann and the switchgear specialist Driescher Moosburg Eisleben are starting with the substation.
