Can you introduce yourself in 2-3 sentences?
 "My name is Michael Müller, I'm 21 years old and I'm currently trainee electronics technician for devices and systems. In my free time, I like to play football and meet up with friends."

What are your typical tasks in Production planning?
"I work in various teams in which I go through many steps of production, from assembling housings to soldering and testing. This allows me to continuously expand my expertise in the field of electrical engineering."

What are the challenges in your job?
"Working as an electronics technician always requires maximum concentration. This is, among other things, because electricity is the main companion. Safety in the workplace is therefore especially important, regardless of whether it is a small test setup or a complete assembly."

What has been your personal highlight at Horstmann so far?
"For me, it was the dragon boat trip at the company's 75th anniversary celebrations. General speaking, I enjoy any free time activities spend with my colleagues" 

What do you like best about Horstmann?
"From the very beginning, I was warmly welcomed into the Horstmann team. The work is varied and it remains exciting every day."
