  • Flexible product range: We offer the right solution for almost every requirement.
  • Use in various networks: Earthing and short-circuiting devices with reduced earth wire cross-section can be used in all networks without direct star point earthing (in accordance with IEC 61230 or VDE 0683-100).
  • Quick adaptation: lengths of earthing and short-circuiting cables are adapted to the dimensions of your systems and the distances between the connection points.

SPECIAL FEATURES

  • The temperature sensor at the heart of the new Horstmann earthing and short-circuiting devices makes visual inspection easier and increases user safety. If the temperature measuring point in the connecting element has tripped (white point turns irreversibly black), it can be assumed that the earthing and short-circuiting devices have been exposed to a short-circuit current. The earthing and short-circuiting devices must then be excluded from further use.

  • A QR code in the new connecting element means that the digital version of the operating instructions can be called up at any time using a smartphone.

    With these new safety features on our earthing and short-circuiting devices, we are setting a new standard for safety and ease of use. Horstmann remains true to its mission to make the medium voltage working environment safer and more efficient.
