ComPass A
Short-circuit and earth fault indicator with current monitoring
The ComPass A is a combined short-circuit and earth fault indicator for medium-voltage networks. The device shows all measured values and setting parameters in a menu-guided display and allows them to be reported and parameterized remotely via Modbus protocol. If the adjustable response values are exceeded, a bright red LED flashes. When the rocker switch is pressed, the short-circuits or earth faults are shown in plain text on the display.

The 4 relays are set in the event of a fault and all required information is transmitted to the control center via relay contacts and MODBUS. The last 20 events are saved with a date and time stamp as well as fault current information.
