A special moment during our company anniversary celebration was our group drumming session.

More than 200 colleagues picked up a drum and set the rhythm together. At first they were cautious, but then they grew bolder and bolder—until finally everyone was playing in unison.

That is exactly what has symbolized for us what Horstmann has stood for over the past 80 years: team spirit, solidarity, and working together. Each individual does their part—and together, we create something special.

There was laughter, everyone joined in, and above all, we shared the experience together. A moment that will be remembered for a long time to come.
