Compliance Reporting

At Horstmann, compliance with laws and internal regulations is a matter of course and is expected from all executives, employees, and business partners. If you have concrete evidence of potential violations of laws or regulations by our company, we encourage you to report such compliance violations to us immediately.

Examples may include violations and abuse related to:

  • Occupational safety, health protection, environmental protection, data protection
  • Cases of corruption, fraud, embezzlement
  • Human rights violations, discrimination, bullying, sexual harassment, violence
  • Supply chain due diligence obligations (at Horstmann, customers or suppliers)
  • Horstmann internal regulations
  • Other violations

Every compliance report is treated with strict confidentiality – this applies to all provided information, including the identity of the whistleblower. The report can be made anonymously if desired. We ensure that the whistleblower will not suffer any disadvantages as a result of their report – even if the report is later found to be false or unprovable. At the same time, we do not tolerate any abuse of our reporting system and ask you to submit reports always in good faith and to the best of your knowledge and conscience.
