Review of your documents

We will take a careful look at your application documents as soon as possible. After consultation with the specialist department, we will contact you by telephone to invite you to an initial personal or digital interview (approx. 1 hour).

First personal contact

You, a colleague from the department and HR will be present at an initial interview. We will introduce you to Horstmann as an employer and look forward to gaining an insight into your career and experience to date.

Trial day / second interview

After getting to know us, we would like to invite you to a taster day where you can gain a comprehensive insight into our working methods and specialist areas.
We then have an in-depth second meeting in which we review the trial day together and discuss the next steps.

We decide for each other

If you are still enthusiastic after the taster day, you will receive a contract offer from us – all that is missing now is your signature.
After successful signing, we will prepare your onboarding for the corresponding start date and look forward to welcoming you to the Horstmann team!
